Facilities

Based in Bandon in County Cork, the Donegan Ryan Eventing team pride themselves on operating a family run business. They offer a personal approach, which ensures that every horse gets individual treatment; in turn allowing them to advance in the correct manner.
Over the years, the team have built up the facilities which are necessary to bring horses to the top level.
The Donegan Ryan team consists of Patricia’s sisters Marion and Sheila. With an ever increasing schedule, it also became necessary to enlist the help of Michael’s father Pat and Trish’s nephew, Denis.

In Bandon, facilities include:

• Stables
• 30m x 70m Outdoor Arena with full set of show-jumps
• Cross Country schooling course
• Horse Walker
• Great hacking (hills)

At Donegan Ryan we produce horses to compete at the very highest level of the sport. The majority of the horse which we compete on have been produced by Mike and Trish. Training an event horse takes time and we set out out a detailed plan for owners so that they can be part of the process.We also offer owners the choice to sell their horses and with a steady clientele visiting the yard, customers for the right horse are never hard to find. We ensure that your horse is given the best training and the best fitness program to reach the targets set for them.
